LI Innovation Project deeply respects the privacy of every user. We are committed to providing a safe community and services in compliance with the European Union’s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA), the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), and other applicable laws. To achieve this, we use first-party and third-party tools (e.g., Cookies, trackers) to collect necessary information. All non-essential data collection is based on your explicit consent. You can manage these tools (e.g., accept or reject non-essential Cookies) through your browser settings or our Cookies consent banner.
We Collect:
We collect only the minimum information necessary to fulfill the purposes of our services. The legal basis for collection includes: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), the necessity to perform a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), or legitimate interests (e.g., security monitoring, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Specific categories include:
- Your device information, such as operating system, CPU model, browser version, is used to optimize services.
- Your IP address and approximate IP geolocation, used for security and fraud prevention.
- Your interaction records on our website or services, including page visits, time spent, and behavior, are used to improve user experience.
- Any files or messages you send during discussions. (Any violating content will be deleted, but we cannot guarantee that other users have not saved your files or messages, and we are not responsible for this; you are responsible for the messages and files you send.)
- Your email address (only for anonymous users participating in community discussions, processed by Wikidot; based on contractual necessity).
- For website members: Your age. (Used for compliance checks; if under 13, parental consent is required.)
We Do Not Collect:
- Content violating community guidelines (except for temporary processing for moderation purposes).
- Your precise location, such as GPS data.
- Your phone number.
- Your personal identification documents or official identity information.
- Your personal photos (unless voluntarily uploaded and only for necessary scanning).
- Other personal information prohibited by law. (e.g., sensitive personal data, unless you provide explicit consent.)
How We Use Your Information:
- For market analysis (via Google Analytics and Cloudflare traffic analysis; data is anonymized, sharing only necessary categories like device type and interaction records; based on consent, which you may withdraw at any time).
- For security monitoring of website operations, including the LI Innovation "Mountain Watcher" Central Security Monitoring Network (sharing limited to IP and behavior logs for threat detection; based on legitimate interests).
- Automatic scanning of uploaded image files or URLs, solely to detect Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM, processed by Cloudflare and the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC); based on legal obligations). If an issue is detected, we will report it to the authorities.
- We do not retain information indefinitely: retention periods are purpose-based, e.g., security logs are retained for 24 hours and then automatically deleted. You may request access, correction, or deletion of your information at any time.
- Anonymizing your visit records, IP, and behavior for market analysis.
What We Do Not Do:
- Disclose your personal information in any form to others or unrelated third parties, except for necessary legal purposes (e.g., court orders).
- Sell or trade your personal information for compensation.
- Distribute, or save your information without your consent, except as required by law.
About Deletion Requests:
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information. We accept deletion requests via email to gro.tcejorpiil|ycavirp#gro.tcejorpiil|ycavirp, and we will respond within 7 days. Please include your valid email address, and if applicable, the public IP address and username for the data to be deleted.
Data Breach Notification:
In the event of a data breach, we will notify affected users and authorities within 72 hours and take remedial actions.
Third-Party Sharing:
We share limited data with the following third parties: Google (analytics), Cloudflare (security and hosting), NCMEC (CSAM scanning), and Wikidot (hosting). Sharing is governed by data processing agreements to ensure compliance. See their policy links below. For any other third-party sharing, data is anonymized beforehand.
Children’s Privacy:
For children under 13, we do not collect personal information unless we obtain parental consent. If your child’s actions lead to unintentional collection, parents or legal guardians may contact us to delete the data.
Policy Changes:
We will notify users of significant changes via email (for registered accounts) or newsletters. The current version is effective as of October 26, 2025.

- Before using LI Innovation Project services, you must agree to our Privacy Policy and User Agreement. If you do not agree, please discontinue use.
- LI Innovation Project reserves the right to temporarily or permanently restrict user access with reasonable justification (e.g., violation of guidelines). Users may appeal by emailing gro.tcejorpiil|esuba#gro.tcejorpiil|esuba, and we will respond within 30 days.
- We strive to maintain stable services but are not liable for interruptions due to force majeure (e.g., natural disasters). For paid services, we offer reasonable compensation.
- We implement reasonable security measures to protect personal information. In case of an accidental breach (e.g., hacking), we will notify users and investigate (non-compliant exemptions are excluded). We are not liable for intentional misconduct.
- If you violate guidelines and cause harm, you agree to compensate for actual damages (excluding punitive or emotional distress damages, unless ordered by a court).
- This agreement applies to: lii.wikidot.com, bloxd.wikidot.com, bloxdint.wikidot.com, liiproject.org and its subdomains, liiverse.com and its subdomains, publicwall.org and its subdomains.

Community Guidelines:
Be friendly and respectful, avoid using bad/NSFW words.
- Maintain polite language and behavior in any community/project under LI Innovation Project. Respect other users. Do not engage in toxic behaviors or verbally harm others.
- No discrimination of any kind based on race, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, or wealth. (Discrimination based on nationality or race will be considered a serious violation and reported to the related organization in some cases.)
Prohibit discussions and sharing files about pornography and vulgar content.
- Please maintain civilized behavior. Any form of sexual/vulgar activities (including but not limited to: sexual speech, sexual role-playing, child sexual abduction, sharing NSFW files…) in any Online Community under LI Innovation Project is strictly prohibited.
Prohibit Terrorist Activities on any website or services under LI Innovation Project.
- It is forbidden to attack LI Innovation Project's websites or services in any form. (Including but not limited to: memory attacks, automated program spamming, intrusion, exploiting bugs, DDOS, uploading virus programs…)
- It is prohibited to post suspicious/malicious links, harass other users, extort, threaten, advocate cults, and other internet terrorism behaviors in the discussion area.
Prohibit threatening or harassing others.
- It is forbidden to conduct illegal transactions and threaten, extort, or harass other users through LI Innovation Project's websites or services, or discussion areas.
- Prohibition of disclosing others' personal information, such as IP addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, passwords, facial images, etc.
- Prohibit any form of Cyberbullying.
- Prohibit Doxing.
Please be civilized and mature.
- When participating in discussions, please be civilized and mature, joke moderately, avoid spamming, and avoid acting childish or exhibiting excessively ignorant speech or behavior.
Prohibit any behavior that violates Federal and Polish Laws.
- On any LI Innovation Project website or service and any third-party official platform, please obey the law. It is strictly forbidden to discuss, publish, or engage in content or activities that violate Federal or Polish Laws.
- In any third-party platform (including but not limited to: Discord, Wikidot, Meta), LI Innovation's official community/website must strictly abide by the relevant platform's terms of service and guidelines.
Not recommended to discuss political content or provoke.
- Please do not discuss political content or any sensitive topics in any LI Innovation Project community or website. Overly subjective or controversial remarks will be deleted, and relevant users will be subject to relevant actions.
Prohibit playing out-of-date memes (forbidden to play extremely famous memes).
- Playing vulgar and outdated memes is prohibited on any LI Innovation Project Community Website.
- Discussing or engaging in discussions or behaviors involving "ikun", "万物起源 (Genshin Impact. Activate!)", and "Rick Roll" is prohibited on any LI Innovation Project website, community, or service. But mature and serious/academic discussions and research on memes are allowed.
Prohibit impersonating other users.
- It is forbidden to impersonate other users, whether maliciously or in jest. The LI Innovation "Mountain Watcher" Central Security Monitoring Network will easily lock and track such behavior and take strict actions.
Prohibit any form of cyberbullying.
- It is prohibited to engage in cyberbullying or any related behaviors on any community websites or discussions under LI Innovation Project.
- Prohibition of doxxing.
Intellectual Property
- Please comply with the Creative Commons Agreement and your local and federal intellectual property laws.
- Plagiarism is prohibited.
Encouraging the above behavior is not allowed.
- It is prohibited to encourage violations of the above in any Forum, Chat Room or Community Website based on the LI Innovation Project.
Report/Anti-Harassment or Dispute Resolution:
Report violations to community administrators, moderators, or via email to gro.tcejorpiil|esuba#gro.tcejorpiil|esuba.
Appeals or disputes should also be sent to gro.tcejorpiil|esuba#gro.tcejorpiil|esuba, and we will respond promptly.
